We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing facility based in Ellesmere. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term work within a supportive and team-focused environment.

The Production Operator Role:

  • Operating machinery used in the production of concrete products.
  • Preparing and pouring concrete into moulds and ensuring correct curing processes are followed.
  • Assisting with the demoulding and finishing of concrete components.
  • Conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised.
  • Moving raw materials and finished products around the factory using manual handling techniques or equipment.
  • Completing basic production records and data entry.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is desirable, ideally within a construction or heavy materials environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules.
  • A good team player who can also work independently when required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
