We\’re looking for a confident and experienced Office and Facilities Manager to lead operations at our client\’s Warrington office. This highly visible role covers office management, facilities, travel, fleet, events, and cultural initiatives. You\’ll ensure a welcoming, organised, high-performing environment and support employee engagement and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee desk areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, reception, and post room
Manage building access, security passes, and office moves
Handle purchase orders, office comms, and onboarding support
Organise social events and coordinate internal committees (Wellbeing, DE&I)
Support volunteering, charity days, and in-office celebrations
Manage travel provider relationship and employee travel compliance
Oversee company car fleet, cleaning, maintenance, security, and waste disposal
Manage contractors and respond to facility issues
Line-manage a part-time Receptionist, set objectives, and provide feedbackRequirements:
Strong communication and project management skills
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Experience with travel/fleet management (desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
