Are you an experienced NPD professional ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, innovative food manufacturing environment?

My client is a well-established manufacturer supplying high-quality, delicious products to some of the UK\’s favourite names in retail, foodservice, and wholesale. They\’re looking for a confident and creative NPD Manager who\’s passionate about product development and ready to lead a dynamic team.

You\’ll need to bring proven experience managing projects from concept through to launch, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills – especially with Process, Technical, and Commercial teams. If you\’re looking for a role where you can drive innovation, manage a talented team, and influence the product pipeline, this is it.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Salary: £45-55k
Requirements: Full UK Right to Work & Driving Licence required
