We are looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading FM provider, servicing and maintaining commercial and retail environments across the Leicester area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake HVAC and building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to air conditioning systems.
- Rectify hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
- Perform mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves, etc.
- Carry out minor installation work when required.
- Engage with stakeholders, providing fault diagnostics and updates.
- Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Requirements:
- F-Gas certification (essential).
- Experience servicing and maintaining AC systems in commercial or retail environments.
- Full UK driving licence.
