This award-winning law firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor with a proven track record of independently leading both corporate & private client immigration service lines.
The Role:
- You will be empowered to manage and lead all aspects of UK corporate & private client immigration matters for both new and existing clients.
- You will be heavily involved in business development and commercial activities.
- You will be responsible for leading a team of immigration professionals with a clear vision and utilise strong leadership to manage the team, their service delivery and quality of services, ensuring client’s immigration compliance needs are met.
- You will understand legislative changes and ensure process and systems are operationalised to adapt to new requirements driving regulatory and legal compliance.
The Person:
- The successful candidate must be legally qualified, non-qualified candidates cannot be considered for this vacancy.
- The applicant must be an immigration subject matter expert and have vast experience of handling a wide range of UK corporate & private client immigration matters.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven business development experience.
- Strategic thinker, proven ability to anticipate and resolve complex scenarios.
