Various duties and competencies include:
- Ideally someone from a main contracting or development background but would consider people from other sectors.
- Either serving as a Head of Role or candidates that are ready for the next step up in their career.
- Have experience in managing a small team and influencing teams nationally to improve performance.
- Ideally current or previous knowledge on construction processes and the impact that these processes have on outcomes.
- Challenge the Status Quo and build business cases for change and adapt such processes.
- Look after and manage all social value performing across the United Kingdom.
