A unique and attractive position has arisen for a Head of Carbon to join a progressive sustainability consultancy that is committed to providing their exceptional and diverse client base with valuable purpose-led expertise.
The successful Head of Carbon will ensure that all work is delivered to a high-quality and value for the clients, alongside advocating the business to new individuals and organisations to expand the consultancy’s reach.

The successful Head of Carbon will:
- Have a proven track record in consultancy, delivering technical sustainability outcomes particularly around Net Zero, decarbonisation and SBTi.
- Be a self-starter, with motivation and ambition to deliver without constant oversight and management.
- Be naturally engaging, comfortable talking at events and engaging senior business leaders.
- Have experience winning new and expanding upon existing business, by identifying client opportunities, delivering proposals and pitches.
- Be comfortable in a leadership role, running client delivery programmes along with internal staff needs.
In return, the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting:
- An attractive base salary: £80,000-£100,000, dependent on experience.
- A discretionary bonus.

- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
