NXTGEN is partnering with a prestigious rural estate in North Norfolk to recruit a Finance Business Partner . This role offers a unique opportunity to join an organisation with a rich history and a focus on future growth. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, working closely with the Finance Director to improve processes and drive efficiencies. You will deliver insightful variance analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, and explore new revenue streams to maximise returns.

This position is ideal for a commercially savvy and inquisitive finance professional who enjoys challenges. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the estate, so confidence, analytical skills, and the ability to present compelling financial insights are essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Business partnering, analysing, and reporting on month-end management accounts
  2. Preparing, monitoring, and managing budgets, and communicating financial information to stakeholders
  3. Influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Building positive relationships between the finance team and operational teams

Qualifications: ACCA, ACA, or CIMA. Experience in a business partnering role is advantageous but not essential.
