EYFS Teaching Assistant Darlington – Level 3

Work pattern: Full-time (working hours vary from 8.30 – 3.30 with the occasional 4.30)

Required from: 28th April 2025, earlier start dates may be available for the right candidate.

We are seeking to appoint an Early Years practitioner, qualified to NVQ level three or the equivalent, to join our Reception class team.

The primary school we are working with is an inclusive two-form entry primary school in Darlington, with pupils from Reception to Year 6. They have beautiful grounds and a very inclusive working environment. They aim to make every child\’s school day exciting and rewarding so that they look forward to each new day as part of their school family. Our dedicated staff work hard to give our children new experiences, prepare them for secondary school and give them a desire for learning that will last their whole life.

Our children are happy and enthusiastic about coming to school, with excellent behaviours and attitudes towards learning. We are seeking to recruit an outstanding, enthusiastic and creative teaching assistant, who has knowledge of the EYFS curriculum to support children within our Reception class.
