As part of the Activation team, the Account Director will be responsible for client roadmaps, growth plans and the strategic paid social and programmatic planning.
The Role:
- Develop and execute client Paid Social and Programmatic strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Create long-term account plans and lead quarterly business reviews to drive account growth and client success.
- Mentor and manage a team, conducting performance reviews, and fostering career development.
- Partner with vendors to deliver integrated digital media strategies.
- Leverage data insights to enhance media and creative strategies across digital channels.
- Support sales efforts by contributing to pitch strategy and presenting compelling recommendations.
The Candidate:
- 7 years plus of agency-side experience in digital planning/operations across programmatic display, video, or paid social.
- Proven line management experience with excellent communication and people skills.
- Skilled in delivering exceptional client service while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Strong technical and analytical abilities for campaign optimisation.
