This partner led, independent Property Group are looking for a RICS accredited Property Manager. The firm operates in various areas of property including Property/Asset Management, Surveying, Town Planning, Rural and Agricultural Consulting, and Residential Estate Agency.
In this role, you will be mainly responsible for the Commercial Property portfolio, with some residential included.

What you will be doing:
We are looking for a RICS qualified Property Manager, primarily in the Commercial sector, to join the team working in Newcastle to help manage the expanding portfolio. You will deal with all aspects of Property Management, including day to day repairs, client queries/reporting, insurance renewals & claims, processing invoices, dealing with clients and tenants regarding credit control/arreas, service charge budgeting & reconciliations.
What you will have:
- Commercial Property Management experience and knowledge of Residential
- Be RICS accredited
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
