Chief Operating Officer
We are looking for an individual with passion, energy and the ability to collaborate to springboard the charity upwards and onwards for the next phase of its evolution.

About the Role
Our longstanding CEO, Anne Bishop, is leaving the charity after a highly successful 18 years, which has seen the organisation grow and develop, going from strength to strength, and we are now seeking a new CEO to guide the organisation into its next chapter. With a proud history of advancing urological care and supporting our members, the organisation is poised for growth and innovation.
You will be working with a skilled and talented team, consisting of 10 dedicated staff members, many of whom have been part of the organisations success for a number of years.
About You
We are looking for:
- Experience in managing the leadership function in a similar sized organisation or in a senior leadership role in a larger organisation (experience in the not for profit sector, health sector or of managing a membership organisation is ideal)
- Experience in developing and delivering strategic plans to drive both internal and external operational engagement
- Experience in leading organisational, functional and budgetary initiatives, ideally in healthcare, charity or membership organisations
- A strong understanding of governance, with experience working alongside a Board
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
