Air Conditioning Engineer – Midlands

Location: Midlands (Walsall & Surrounding Areas)
Salary: £40,000 + Benefits (potentially flexible for right candidate)

The Role:

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  2. Diagnosing faults and carrying out reactive repairs on split systems, VRV/VRF units, chillers, and ventilation systems.
  3. Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across commercial, retail, and industrial sites.
  4. Ensuring all work complies with industry regulations and F-Gas standards.
  5. Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients.

Requirements:

  1. F-Gas Category 1 (2079) certification.
  2. Experience in servicing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  3. Strong knowledge of split systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, and AHUs.
  4. Full UK Driving Licence.
  5. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
