The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Our client is looking for an ambitious and professional candidate with excellent academics to join our Private Client team in Central London due to expansion.
Ideally, you will be a 2-3 PQE self-starter, highly motivated, and demonstrate experience in a wide range of private client work, with a keen desire to develop your knowledge and practice. We expect you to develop and maintain excellent relationships with both clients and other professionals across the firm.
You will have the opportunity to handle varied and high-quality work, including:
- Advising on and drafting wills;
- Estate and inheritance tax planning advice;
- Advising clients with an international footprint and a willingness to do more international work;
- The administration of estates and the creation, administration, and taxation of trusts;
- Cross-border advice;
- Inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax advice in relation to trusts and estates;
- Advising on mental capacity issues and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
