Support Workers Required in Kent (Deal, Ashford and other surrounding areas)

Care Settings Include:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Supporting with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, medication)
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs
  • Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to care plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-12 months UK care experience
  • Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Up-to-date training (Manual Handling, Safeguarding, Medication Administration)
