Austin Dean Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to work across a variety of care settings in Deal, Ashford, and other areas across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced care professionals looking for flexible and rewarding work.

- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Supporting with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, medication)
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs
- Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to care plans
- Minimum 6–12 months UK care experience
- Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
- Up-to-date training (Manual Handling, Safeguarding, Medication Administration)
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
