Support Workers Required – Kent (Deal, Ashford & Surrounding Areas) | Flexible Shifts | Weekly Pay

Austin Dean Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to work across a variety of care settings in Deal, Ashford, and other areas across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced care professionals looking for flexible and rewarding work.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Supporting with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, medication)
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs
  • Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to care plans
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6–12 months UK care experience
  • Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Up-to-date training (Manual Handling, Safeguarding, Medication Administration)
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach
