*\\*\\* We\'re recruiting Community Healthcare Assistants to join our care team as part of a shared rota within our client\'s own homes in the ST7 AREA - Audley \\*\\**
You will be a key member of the Multidisciplinary Team, caring for and supporting our elderly clients to continue to live independently within their own homes. Enhanced training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to meet the care needs of our clients, alongside a supportive supernumerary / shadowing period where you will work with a mentor and our trainers to understand the role and responsibilities.

*Shifts times 07:00-14:30 and 14:30-22:00 (Mixed)*
We are looking for someone who:
