TIG Welder £16 – £18+ per hour DOE Job Overview We are seeking a skilled TIG welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will need to be time served /apprentice trained, have a strong background in working with metal components, including experience with hand tools and power tools. As a TIG welder, you will be responsible for welding metal parts to meet precise specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. Site experience would be an advantage but not essential Responsibilities * Confident working with materials as thin as 0.8mm up to 60mm * A strong background in aerospace, defence or similar industry * Being able to fabricate just as well as you can weld is essential * Work from technical drawings * Well-practiced with stainless steel and aluminium * Brazing experience would be desirable * Flexible working hours on offer * The TIG Welder Fabricator role is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours available. Requirements * Familiarity with TIG welding techniques is highly desirable. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. * If you are passionate about metalwork and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a TIG welder within our team. Expected hours: 50 per week, working 06:30am to 16:00 Monday to Friday with overtime after 40 hours paid at time and half and double time on a Sunday
