Quality Manager in Leeds

Do you have experience maintaining ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems?
Do you have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, engineering, or industrial work?

Maintain and improve the quality management system to ISO 9001 and AS9100 registration standards
Monitor product conformance and implement improvement initiatives
Assist with corrective actions and manage non-conformances and customer complaints
Provide technical support to the sales and production teams
Work closely with customers and suppliers as required
Lead and mentor a team of technical quality inspectors
Support production and ensure compliance with all specifications and standards
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the production facility

Full valid driver\’s license (meeting company vehicle requirements)
Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in manufacturing, quality, engineering, or industrial environments
Minimum of 5 years\’ experience maintaining a documented quality management system
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong safety and attendance record
Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to motivate others
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
Excellent problem-solving, reasoning, and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
Willingness to travel occasionally
Ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk significant distances
