Job Title: Telesales / Appointment Setter Location: Doncaster, On site. Job type: Full time, Permanent. Pay: £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE) Hours: Monday – Friday We are seeking two confident and professional Appointment Setters to support our client’s company by generating high-quality appointments for their field sales team. Your primary goal is to connect with potential customers, build rapport, and secure appointments so their sales team can attend site visits and prepare accurate quotations. Benefits * Family run business * Flexible working hours * Pension * Free onsite parking As a Telesales executive, you will be responsible for: * Make outbound calls using an internal database system. * Focus on quality over quantity calls * Book appointments for the sales team to attend and price up cleaning jobs. * Conduct follow-up calls where required to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication. * Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointment details in the CRM/database. * Represent the company professionally and uphold our commitment to customer care. The ideal candidate will be: * Confident and comfortable on the phone, with a warm and engaging communication style. * Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach. * Organised, reliable, and able to manage follow-ups effectively. * Experience in appointment setting, sales, or telesales is beneficial but not essential. * Able to work independently and consistently meet appointment-booking targets
