Hours: Mon β Fri We are looking for an organised, resilient, and proactive Production Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our aggregates business. The successful candidate will be primarily based at one site but will also provide cover across 3 other production sites during holidays and periods of absence. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the production and site management teams. * Process production and dispatch documentation accurately and efficiently. * Manage driver paperwork and assist drivers at the site office/service window. * Respond to frequent enquiries from drivers and site personnel in a professional and timely manner. * Maintain accurate production records and filing systems. * Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth site operations. * Provide administrative cover at Newark, Bawtry and Finningley sites as required. * Support compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements. The ideal candidate: * Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within aggregates, construction, logistics or a similar operational environment. * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple interruptions throughout the day. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
