Due to continued growth, our client is expanding its electrical team and is seeking a motivated and experienced Electrician Lead/Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with commercial electrical experience to join a dynamic and fast-growing department.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing electrical projects from design through to completion, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

- Lead and supervise a small team of engineers, providing daily direction and support
- Manage and carry out commercial electrical installations
- Oversee projects from initial design to final completion
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and quality requirements
- Conduct regular safety and quality audits
- Report weekly to the Head of Department on project progress, team performance, and any issues
- Support the Electrical Manager with planning, organising, and operational activities
- Assist with procurement of materials and coordination of subcontractors
- Carry out inspections and testing to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Proven experience in commercial electrical installations
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and current regulations
- Understanding of security systems (e.g. door access, CCTV, intruder alarms) is desirable
- 2391-52 Testing and Inspection qualification preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong project management skills with a focus on safety and quality
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Full clean UK Driving licence
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
