We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation in Doncaster for a Business Services Administrator to support the smooth running of central business functions at Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on a varied and impactful role within a collaborative and professional environment.
As a Business Services Administrator, you will be required to:
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments including Commercial, Procurement, Finance, IT, Facilities, Marketing
- Manage reception duties and general office support
- Assist with commercial administration (e.g., timesheets, tenders, client data)
- Maintain up-to-date supplier records and coordinate vehicle maintenance
- Support HR functions: tracking holidays/absences, managing training records
- Oversee document control and internal communications
- Help deliver monthly business dashboards and wellbeing initiatives
- Handle website and social media updates
- Coordinate facilities and monitor carbon footprint activity
- Provide cross-functional support as needed
The ideal candidate will be:
