Key responsibilities (Training Provided): Make outbound calls to new businesses, arranging meetings, discussing their goals and creating leads for new temp roles. Take inbound and make outbound calls to candidates; book interviews, shifts and start dates Match candidate skills and availability to roles across multiple sectors (warehouse, engineering, commercial) Maintain CRM/ATS accuracy: notes, statuses, start/end dates and paperwork Conduct short telephone screens for suitability and right-to-work checks Liaise with consultants and hiring managers to meet urgent staffing needs Provide a consistently excellent candidate experience Represent Austin Banks at relevant networking events and build/maintain relationships with local businesses Who we want - the right fit You’ll thrive here if you are: Confident
