KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • SRS Strategy Development & Delivery
    • Lead Sustainability and Responsible Sourcing agenda, including implementation and development of the Sustainability and Responsible Sourcing Strategy, meeting set milestones and measurable outcomes.
    • Oversee the continued improvement and alignment of the Responsible Sourcing Programme.
    • Work with the Senior Counsel on the regulatory developments relevant to Sustainability and Responsible Sourcing.
    • Provide guidance and strategic direction.
  • Press and Public Relations
    • Serve as a primary spokesperson on Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability matters.
    • Lead on annual Sustainability reporting and direct the communication strategy for all Sustainability and Responsible Sourcing (SRS) initiatives.
    • Represent the firm at international conferences, industry forums, and other engagements.
  • Team Leadership
    • Direct line management responsibility for the Head of Responsible Sourcing.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture within the Responsible Sourcing team and oversee professional development of team members.
  • Meeting and Committee Attendance
    • Attendance at Excom and Leadership meetings to report on Responsible Sourcing deliverables.
    • Attendance at Board meetings as an observer.
