An opportunity to join the legal team of a well-known and well-regarded credit fund based in the West End. This is a fixed term maternity cover - most likely circa 10 months.
Working closely with the General Counsel your responsibilities will be, in the main, reviewing and preparing NDAs, working on KYC requests, and finally CoSec and corporate governance responsibilities (boarding meetings etc). There will be a number of other tasks typical of an in-house paralegal / legal professional.
We are looking for an experienced paralegal with some experience of the above (although not necessarily all). An understanding or exposure to asset management would be beneficial.
This is a fixed term contract paying £50k-£60k basic salary plus benefits.
