This is a Director level business development and investor relations opportunity with a growing long/short equity hedge fund. The firm has a 10 year track record and AUM grew by over 50% in 2025.

We’re looking for someone to grow the firm’s fundraising and investor relations efforts whilst building an institutional grade BD/IR platform. You will own the BD/IR strategy, drive pipeline and conversions, and partner closely with the CIO and senior leadership team on firm positioning, communications, and growth.

The ideal candidate will be a senior commercial leader with a proven track record in fundraising and relationship development in the hedge fund industry. Ideally you will have good experience of long/short equity strategies.

We’re looking for someone who ideally has a strong network in the London, Switzerland and US investment communities (across family offices, HNW/UHNW, advisors, allocators and institutional channels).

The compensation will be a basic salary plus variable compensation linked to assets raised.
