Base pay range
We are looking for a highly motivated and dependable individual to support the operations of an established family office.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will be responsible for business operations, compliance, and governance of the portfolio companies and the main Family Office itself.
This is a hands-on, dynamic position within a lean team, ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, eager to take ownership, drive initiatives forward, and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a range of matters across the family office portfolio.
- Manage regulatory compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, including GDPR and other relevant regulations.
- Respond to requests for KYC information and documentation from service providers and portfolio entities.
- Periodically evaluate existing KYC procedures.
- Create Board packs for portfolio companies, outlining developments within the assets.
- Organise and ensure proper execution of Board meetings for underlying portfolio entities, draft basic legal documents such as resolutions, and maintain meticulous records.
- Liaise professionally with directors, banks, law firms, accountants, and other service providers.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- Evaluate corporate structures for disclosure risks and regulatory concerns, proactively flagging potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years\’ general compliance experience, ideally within Real Estate or Financial Services.
- Legal background and/or corporate secretarial experience is desirable but not essential.
