We’re looking for a confident, creative Content Creator to help shape and share our artists’ stories online. You’ll research niche internet culture, translate narratives into native content (with a focus on TikTok), and evolve a visual style and tone that fits our roster. You’re comfortable filming artists in a natural, unobtrusive way, and editing with rhythm, taste, and intention.
Key responsibilities:
- Research internet culture and platform trends; translate insights into native concepts with a strong tone of voice.
- Lead day-to-day content creation across platforms, including copywriting that communicates each artist’s voice.
- Act as the main point of contact for artist approvals on all content and copy.
- Collaborate closely with artists and their teams across management, labels, touring partners, merchandise, and brand collaborations.
- Capture real moments like studio sessions, tour life, and behind-the-scenes content that brings fans closer to the work.
- Commission and coordinate freelance creatives when required.
- React in real time to conversations, cultural moments, and viral opportunities with authenticity and care.
- Ensure consistency across all content: brand tone, visual style, and quality control across every post.
Requirements:
- Creative, self-directed, and calm under pressure.
- Fluency in internet memes, trends, and formats with the ability to filter them through a distinctive artistic lens.
- Strong storytelling instincts; able to make work feel elevated and emotionally real.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working closely with artists and their teams.
- Confident sharing and presenting new ideas, even the ones that don’t make it to final.
- Nice to have: experience in digital marketing and music campaigns; a track record building engaged communities around artists or cultural projects; prior experience managing artist or brand accounts in fast-paced, trend-sensitive environments.
