Residential Property Solicitor – Opportunity with a Leading Legal 500 Firm – Leicestershire

Are you a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE seeking a new opportunity? A well-respected Legal 500 firm is looking for a dedicated solicitor to join their Residential Property team as a Team Leader.

The Role:

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

1. Manage and support a small team of fee earners
2. Handling various residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
3. Advising clients on residential property law matters
4. Conducting title reviews and preparing legal documentation
5. Collaborating with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
