We are currently recruiting on behalf of a top Legal 500 law firm with offices across the Midlands, seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Solicitor, or CILEX with 2-5 PQE. The successful candidate will join a highly regarded team and handle a variety of complex and high-value cases, including:
- Personal injury claims
- Clinical negligence cases
- Catastrophic injury claims
- Medical malpractice
- Employer's liability
- Public liability
- Product liability
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on a range of personal injury and clinical negligence matters
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
- Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings
- Conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence to support claims
