About the Role:

3. Looking for a lawyer with 2-5 years PQE who possesses the capability to independently manage cases while also showing eagerness to learn and grow by supporting senior lawyers on intricate matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.
2. Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.
3. Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and attend court hearings as required.
4. Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Criteria:

1. Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in family law.
2. Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of family law cases with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
3. Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court proceedings.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
5. Proactive approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
