A well-regarded law firm in Essex is looking to add an Employment Solicitor to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a busy practice handling a varied employment law caseload.

The Role :

You will be advising on a wide range of employment matters, including :

• Employee relations and HR advice
• Disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Tribunal claims and litigation
• Redundancy and restructuring advice
• Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

About You :

• Circa 2+ years PQE in employment law
• Confident managing your own caseload with support from senior colleagues
• Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication
• Commercially aware and proactive
