What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years PQE in commercial / Property law.
- Knowledge of Park Homes and all areas of commercial development / property work including residential, retail and mixed-use schemes.
- Experience acting for developers, promoters, and landowners.
- Dealing with all aspects from acquisitions through to development and eventual sale.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centred approach.
- Be a high performer who thrives in a fast-paced business environment.
- Commitment to professional development and growth.
