• Handle a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.
• Demonstrate strong financial management skills and commercial awareness.
• Engage in business development activities to contribute to the firm’s growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year PQE with relevant corporate experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage and run your own caseload with minimal supervision.
