A rare opportunity with great potential for a recently qualified to mid-level Solicitor to develop a specialism in agricultural property matters within the rural and farming community at a substantial regional law firm.
There is some flexibility with experience levels here, and we would encourage applications from recently qualified up to mid-level candidates. Favoured areas of experience to date could include such fields as Property, Land and matters generally associated with the Agricultural and Farming community regionally.
You will be working in the Property Department, directly alongside and assisting the Partner, while running your own caseload. This is a well-run team and you will be developing a specialism in Agricultural matters for the team, offering practical and commercial advice to landowners, farming businesses, landed estates, institutions and others with interest in land and the wider rural economy.
Your role will focus mainly on non-contentious agricultural matters, such as landlord and tenant, partnerships, joint ventures and other rural enterprises. The firm will give you every support and encouragement to develop a real specialism within the increasingly important field of Agriculture.
