About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated solicitor or legal executive with experience handling probate matters to join a friendly, collaborative firm with a strong reputation in the North West. You will manage a varied caseload, supporting individuals and families through the estate administration process with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a full range of probate and estate administration matters from start to finish
- Drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, and related private client documentation
- Liaising with clients, HMRC, and other third parties
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team, where appropriate
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant legal and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ PQE ideal, but open to strong candidates with relevant experience)
