A rare opportunity for a recently qualified to mid-level Solicitor to develop a specialism in agricultural property matters within the rural and farming community at a substantial regional law firm. There is some flexibility with experience levels, and applications are encouraged from recently qualified up to mid-level candidates.

Favoured areas of experience could include Property, Land, and matters generally associated with the Agricultural and Farming community regionally. You will be working in the Property Department, directly alongside and assisting the Partner, while running your own caseload.

This is a well-run team where you will be developing a specialism in Agricultural matters, offering practical and commercial advice to landowners, farming businesses, landed estates, institutions, and others with an interest in land and the wider rural economy. Your role will focus mainly on non-contentious agricultural matters, such as landlord and tenant, partnerships, joint ventures, and other rural enterprises.
