Qualifications:
- Recently qualified up to Associate level.
- Experience working with high-end clients at a quality firm in Corporate matters affecting M&A, private equity transactions, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs, secondary issues and reorganisations.
- Experience within the Financial Services sector is beneficial.
- Ability, drive, confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and multi-national clients.
- Good team member, able to maintain very high standards.
