Are you a confident advocate with a passion for court work? We're looking for Solicitor Advocates or Barristers to join a leading Regulatory team advising across the health, public, and corporate sectors.
The Role:
- Advocacy-focused - Regular court appearances, often daily, but home based aside from court visits.
- Representing police forces in civil protective order applications (DVPOs, SPOs, SHPOs, SROs, ASB injunctions, and closure orders).
- Managing a high-volume caseload.
- Drafting applications, preparing cases, and handling urgent advice requests.
- Engaging with clients, police officers, and legal professionals.
Who You Are:
- Strong advocacy skills - confident in Magistrates' Court (Crown Court experience a bonus).
- Excellent case management and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable working at pace in a busy team.
