\\nWe would encourage applications from recently qualified Lawyers upwards to mid-level with experience of working with high end clients at a good quality firm in Corporate matters affecting such fields of M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, IPOS and secondary issues and reorganisations

\\nYou should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and multi-national Clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere.
