My client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of the region's most reputable, multi-office, Legal 500 law firms. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a highly ranked team, with a reputation for providing excellent client care and incredibly personable, high-quality service.
You will deal with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate including:
- Sales and purchases
- Investment
- Secured lending
- Development
- Options and conditional contracts
- Non-contentious landlord and tenant matters
You will also have some residential experience ideally.
