Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to join a top-tier law firm with real career prospects? We’re working in partnership with a reputable Legal 500 firm based in Northampton that is looking to expand its thriving Residential Property team.
The Role:
- You’ll manage a high-quality residential conveyancing caseload with a strong emphasis on:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages, transfers of equity, and help-to-buy
- New build and shared ownership transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors from instruction through to completion
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Able to handle your own caseload with confidence and efficiency
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong technical knowledge
- Looking for a long-term career within a supportive, reputable firm.
