Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to join a top-tier law firm with real career prospects? We’re working in partnership with a reputable Legal 500 firm based in Northampton that is looking to expand its thriving Residential Property team.

The Role:

  • You’ll manage a high-quality residential conveyancing caseload with a strong emphasis on:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages, transfers of equity, and help-to-buy
  • New build and shared ownership transactions
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors from instruction through to completion
  • You’ll work as part of an experienced and collaborative team, with full admin and legal assistant support.
  • About You:

    • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
    • Able to handle your own caseload with confidence and efficiency
    • Excellent client care and communication skills
    • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong technical knowledge
    • Looking for a long-term career within a supportive, reputable firm.
