This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants in a fast-paced, professional environment, where you’ll gain hands-on training and long-term career prospects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Senior Consultants with candidate resourcing, shortlisting and CV preparation
- Managing job adverts and assisting with marketing campaigns
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
- Building relationships with candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn networking
- Assisting with database management and general administration
- Taking on your own vacancies and client accounts
- Selling roles to candidates
Location: Clifton, Bristol (full-time)
