We are currently working with a legal 500 law firm in Hampshire, seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join their highly regarded Property Lettings & Revenue team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with extensive experience in property litigation to take on a senior role, manage complex cases, and lead a growing team.

In this senior role, you will advise a diverse range of clients on property-related disputes, including landlord-tenant issues, rent arrears, evictions, and lease renewals. You will also play a key role in developing the team’s strategy, mentoring junior members, and contributing to the firm’s continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse and complex caseload of property litigation matters, including possession claims, rent recovery, and disputes over lease renewals and tenancy agreements.
  • Represent clients in court and tribunal proceedings, ensuring the provision of strategic, client-focused legal advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to landlords, tenants, and property investors.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior solicitors, ensuring the team is supported and developed.
  • Contribute to business development and growth of the Property Lettings & Revenue team, helping to shape the direction of the practice.
  • Draft and negotiate leases, agreements, and other legal documents with a focus on commercial outcomes.
About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 5-7 years of PQE in property litigation, ideally with a background in property lettings and revenue. You should be a self-motivated individual with excellent client relationship management skills, an ability to handle a wide variety of property disputes, and the desire to contribute to the strategic direction of the team.
