🧭 The Role:

• Advise on a mix of respondent and claimant matters
• Handle employment tribunal claims, contracts, policies, redundancies, and TUPE
• Support business clients with day-to-day HR/employment law advice
• Get involved in marketing and networking initiatives

✅ About You:

• NQ–5 years\’ PQE in employment law (open to candidates qualifying this year with solid employment seat)
• Strong drafting and advisory skills
• Confident, approachable, and commercially aware
• Keen to develop long-term client relationships and grow within the team
