We’re working with a leading firm that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate solicitor to join their specialist Court of Protection team. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive environment that truly values client care and professional development.
The role:
- Handling a varied and interesting caseload of Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications, financial management, and vulnerable client work
- Working closely with families, carers, and other professionals to protect the best interests of clients
- Advising on welfare matters, capacity issues, and liaising with the Office of the Public Guardian
