The Role

You’ll be working on a wide range of commercial property matters for a diverse client base , including developers, investors, SMEs, and landlords. This is an excellent opportunity to take on responsibility early while being supported by experienced colleagues

You will manage a variety of tasks including:

• Commercial sales and acquisitions 🏠
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease drafting, negotiation, and renewals
• Site acquisition and development work
• Client care and relationship management

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property
• Confidence in managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• A proactive and commercial approach to your work
