- Iterate designs based on test results and customer behaviour.
Product Design Support
- Support Product teams by delivering UX/UI designs aligned to product requirements and priorities.
- Participate in requirement discussions to ensure customer needs and usability considerations are embedded early.

- This is not a passive or purely conceptual design role.
- This is not a role for someone who prefers working without data, insight, experimentation, or clear requirements.
- This role is not suited to individuals uncomfortable collaborating closely with CRO, Product, and Technology teams.
- This is not a senior design leadership or strategy-only position.
